It is of significance to be attentive when it comes to self-care, reducing stress and relaxing so that one can grow from experiences. It could be defined as the potention to having awareness of our personal feelings, coping with them and not being in denial, looking at alife from a positive perspective despite it always disappointing us. Environmental wellness promotes a peaceful existence in our environment and encourages us to live in harmony while taking care of it. This therefore contribute to our interaction with nature and personal surrounding. Spiritual wellness can be expressed through religion and it helps us develop a set of values that allows us seek meaning and purpose in life.

Financial wellness is the ability of a person to be able to manage their finances according to their expenses and needs. Financial constraints at most times is the top stress causing factor amongst people. Someone having financial stabilities are at most times happy with life and satisfied compared to their counterparts.

Intellectual wellness is one’s ability of open mindness and being able to accept new ideas when approaching a situation, it also involves gaining new and more knowledge through education.

Occupational wellness enables one to achieve satisfaction and enrichment from their jobs. Social wellness is the ability to form relations with other people other than our peers in the society.

It could be achieved through getting enough rest, eating healthy foods, exercise and attending to any sign of illness.
